On average you should see results after 4 sessions but it may take 10-15 to really resolve the issue
Start with about 6 weeks.
Minimum of 4 weeks, but easily 8-12 weeks depending on severity. If still lots of pain after 4, get MRI, consider injection
Unfortunately, low back pain can be variable depending on the individual and the cause of pain. If it is muscular in nature vs a disc and whether or not the pain is new or chronic can drastically change the type of rehab and duration.
