How long does the anesthesia last after galbladder surgery?

I am a 39 year old female. I want to know how long does the anesthesia last after galbladder surgery?

Not sure where you are located but, as an anesthesiologist and someone who has also had gallbladder surgery, I can tell you that most people are awake within 5-10 minutes of the surgery. Depends on the skills of the person giving you the anesthesia.

In a healthy patient, anesthetic effects can last up to 24 hours. Most people feel back to themselves in 6-8 hours.
