permanent, or 10 years, possibly longer
Any type of cosmetic surgery takes you back in time. There is no permanency to any surgery but if it takes 10 years off of you and you’re 50 years old when you have the surgery, then when you’re 60 years old, you will look 50.
Without more information such as : your age, race, your photos or your lifestyle history and what surgical technique was performed, it's hard to give you a specific number. In general, a good face or neck lift should last 5-10 years.
