“How long does therapy take for anxiety?”
I will have psychotherapy for anxiety. How long does therapy take for anxiety?

Great question. Therapy can take up to a year to get better, but you start seeing progress at 6 months.
It depends on a lot of factors, diagnosis, meds used and or alcohol or drug pattern and any underline medical issues too.
Hope that helps

I would recommend trying CBT therapy. The duration depends upon your progress and can be decided with your therapist.
