I will have a neck adjustment tomorrow. I want to know how long is neck adjustment procedure? How should I prepare for it?

It depends on your Doctor. Some adjustments take 15 minutes and if you need other adjustments could take up to 30 minutes. If you are interested we can take a look at an examination and give you an assessment and treatment.

Just a neck adjustments should take about 2-3min. If you are a new patient they more than likely will have to do an exam and consult with a possibility of x-rays so may take 30-40min for everything.
Every chiropractor has different techniques they use and spends different amounts of time with each patient. Sit back relax and enjoy!
A full spine adjustment typically takes about 15 mins or so depending of the technique and the doctor.
