Depends on extent of gum recession and periodontist. After surgery, typical healing duration is 2-4weeks.
The length of the surgery is dependent on the surgeon and the amount of gum tissue he is grafting. Usually in my office for 3 teeth of grafting, we schedule my surgeon 1 hour.
