Don’t try
Best way to do this is to brush and floss extremely regularly to avoid calculus from building up. Short of that, you need specific small tools to remove. But that is why you go to the dentist and get your teeth cleaned. If everyone could do this themselves effectively, we would not have dental hygienists to clean teeth!
You can buy an instrument and scrape what you see, but you cannot do the job well at all. You need to go to dental school or dental hygiene class to learn. Don’t waste your time doing a job half-assed. It will not solve the problem. See a dentist or go to school to learn how to do it yourself. What do you think I was doing in dental school for 4 years? Isn’t it silly of you to think it would be that easy.
You can't really. It takes a sharp instrument getting under the gums and you will tear your gums up.
Call your dentist to see if he or she makes house calls.
You can't unless you want to hurt yourself. You need to get into a dental office and have a professional cleaning.
In all honesty the work for the patient at home is to have excellent hygiene and see the hygienist on a regular basis so she can remove the tarter build up if there is any. You could always ask your hygienist if they have old instruments but I don’t know if they would give to you since you have no training in using them.. I wish I could give you a better answer, but once you have tarter, generally the professional has to remove it.

There are various instruments online, but actually this is not recommended because you can damage fillings and gums, and it is impossible for you to remove all calculus from under the gum line.

You can't. Trying to do so may cause severe damage to your teeth or gums. See a professional for a cleaning!
Once calculus forms on your teeth, unless you are a dental professional, it is not possible to safely remove the calculus on your own. You would need to use a sharp metal instrument, like the ones used in a dental office. You have a great chance to harm or cut your gums if you tried to treat yourself. The only safe way to remove calculus formed on teeth is in the dental office either by the dentist or the hygienist.
