Length of treatment for alopecia or hair loss depends on the type and cause of alopecia, specific treatment used and compliance to the regimen, as well as presence or absence of other underlying medical contains. I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
