It depends on how well you have taken care of your mouth. Regular daily brushing and flossing minimizes healing time. Day 2 and 3 are always the most challenging days after surgery for most people. Bleeding is a normal part of healing for the body. Use warm salt water rinses. 1/2 teaspoon of salt in an 8 ounce glass of warm water, mix and the swish and spit out. Please call the office who placed your implant, they should answer any questions you may have.

Are you talking blood thinners? Straight bleeding- you need to apply pressure. I would Call the dentist who placed the implant for a check.
Dental implant surgery doesn’t necessarily cause bleeding. Specially for two days. You need to contact your dentist. If you are taking aspirin, it prolongs bleeding.

It may ooze for up to 3 or 4 days, much more than that, you should contact the provider that placed the implant.
