Hi, Thank you for asking! This is a great question. Many people stop brushing their teeth as soon as they notice that their gum bleeds. Usually, the bleeding gum is resulted from lack of proper throughrough cleaning ( i.e. flossing and brushing), where plaque accumulated under and around the gum. If you notice that that your gum keep bleeding during brushing for more than a couple of weeks, one should go to his/her dentist and check out what is the fundamental cause. DO NOT delay to make a dental appointment. Let the Dentist perform the exam and he/she will provide you with a good diagnosis and treatment plan to stop the bleeding gum situation! Hope this will help ! Blessings to you!
It is somewhat safe. But if you have bleeding gums, you should see a dentist ASAP.  Sometimes brushing is not enough to resolve the bleeding issue.  It may also be due to some medications you are taking or hormonal changes due to pregnancy.   Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
