“How long will anesthesia remain in my son's body?”
My 14 year old son is being given general anesthesia in order for his doctors to run certain tests. How long will the anesthesia remain in his body?

As long as he feels active.
It usually remains in the body for only a few hours. A few people are slow metabolizers and it can take 24 hours.
