I got my braces 2 days ago. They hurt bad. How long will my teeth hurt after braces are put on?

Every person is different, but probably the first 4-5 days. Then each month after they are adjusted, it will be sore for a couple of days. Ibuprofen 600 mg plus tylenol 500 mg every 6 hours should help.
