It does not matter how you sleep after you had a spinal. In the past they have told everyone to lay flat for 24 hours after having a spinal. This is not necessary
You should sleep on your spine.
You should sleep however you normally sleep.  The effects of the spinal should have waned enough to allow for your regular sleeping position.
Your back may be a little sore, however once it has worn off, you should be able to sleep in your normal position.
Any position is okay.
If you have a post-dural puncture headache, sleeping flat will help.
Most patients are not discharged before the spinal anesthetic has completely worn off. Your anesthetic team and surgeon should give you instructions on activity after a spinal anesthetic. There are not usually any restrictions on activity beyond those which they might give you. It could also be a function of the type of surgery, the location of the surgery, the length of the surgery, and the specifics of the spinal anesthesia
The current spinal anesthesia is very safe, using very small gauged needle. The chance to develop spinal headache is extremely low. There shouldn’t be any special precaution.

You can sleep how you prefer, in whatever position that is comfortable for
you. Your position should have no effect since you will likely not be
discharged until the spinal anesthesia has worn off and well after the
procedure. Hope that helps!
