Sleep on your side with a pillow in between your knees , or on your back, with pillow under your knees, and use the right pillow that your ears won’t pass your shoulder to keep the Proper neck curve.
Unfortunately sleeping positions does not have much to do with posture, that is a separate discussion that includes ways to get proper alignment and muscle balance. For better spinal health overall sleeping on your back or your side is appropriate and sleeping on your stomach is very bad.
Sleeping on your back is one of the best positions to improve your sleep posture. It promotes better alignment of your spine and reduced pressure on your arms and legs. Also you may consider a good pillow with neck support like Therapeutica or a tri-core cervical pillow.
Sleeping on your back is the best recommendation. Orthopedists may have a better recommendation for you.
People move throughout the night and unless you were restrained you will not have control over sleeping positions. It is of course desirable to sleep in a bed on a good mattress.Beyond that your answer lies elsewhere.
