I have hip pain. How should I sleep with hip pain?

I would do hip stretches and hip mobility exercises before bed to help with that hip pain. If you are a back sleeper, you can put a small pillow under your knees. If you are a side sleeper, put a pillow between your knees or bear hug a pillow then slowly roll your body weight onto the pillow and off your hip. Thank you for your time!
