How should I sleep with hip pain?

I have hip pain. How should I sleep with hip pain?

I would do hip stretches and hip mobility exercises before bed to help with that hip pain. If you are a back sleeper, you can put a small pillow under your knees. If you are a side sleeper, put a pillow between your knees or bear hug a pillow then slowly roll your body weight onto the pillow and off your hip. Thank you for your time! Hip pain could be due to multiple reasons. It could be bursitis, impingement, arthritis, or inflammation. Better to get an evaluation by your doctor to find out the cause of it.
