You need to get the crown removed and then get the decay taken care of then most likely you need a new crown
most of the time that crown needs to be re moved and may be yohu,ll need a new one after properly taken all the decay out and replaicing it with build up permanent matetrial, also you,ll be very lucky if a root canal may not be needed
