Please seek a physician who can do prolozone therapy, prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma or platelet-rich fibrin injections for your shoulder. All of the above procedures can help your shoulder healing.

If you are not going to go have it evaluated wear a sling when active NSAIDs like ibuprofen 200-800mg per day, if no bleeding disorders, for the pain and inflammation. If it is not substantially better in a week, I would seek a medical evaluation from an orthopedic surgeon or an interventional pain physician.

Good afternoon I would definitely take some over-the-counter anti-inflammatories if you are able. If you have any G.I. upset or have allergies to these medication’s please do not take them. Tylenol can also be used in combination with Advil and it’s cousins. Appeared of rest would be beneficial. I know this is quite basic but the injury did just happen. If you do not improve see your family doctor or orthopedist.
