Hyperventilation and turbinate hypertrophy?

I am a 29 year old female. I have been suffering from nasal congestion, shortness of breath, and hyperventilation while driving since May 2021. I have severe turbinate hypertrophy. This nasal hypertrophy can cause shortness of breath and thus hyperventilation? Or is it only a symptom of stress and anxiety which I don't have?
