Hypoglycemic & hyperglycemic?

Can I be hypoglycemic then hyperglycemic two hours later?

Male | 50 years old
Complaint duration: Days
Medications: Metformin/glipizide, insulin
Conditions: Diabetic, high BP, leg lymphedema, asthmatic, copd, sleep apnea

Yes, depending on how much diabetic meds, calorie counting and the type of insulin. Speak with your endocrinologist or your primary care physician about it. And make sure you have a journal of when you’re taking your medicines, your calorie, calorie counting, and when you’re hyper and hypo glycemic in relation to those.
