Hypothyroid?

I currently take 1.37 mg Levithyroxin. My TSH level came back 0.03 MCL. Should that be a concern? No other medications. My father is hypo and my brother and father both have leukemia.

Your TSH is too low, which means that your dose maybe too high unless you are taking other medications(steroids, or biotin) that can affect the test.
