I am 4 years post pituitary tumor surgery through nose?

My husband had a pituitary adenoma removed in 2017, he now has diabetes insipidus. It takes hydrocort desmopresson synthroid and testosterone. Since the surgery, he now has sinus disease heaches everday since the surgery mood swings no sex drive at all body hurts every day. About 2 bouts of sepsis, overall not feeling well at all says if he knew he was going to feel like this he would have never had the surgery..is it normal to feel like this. Should he tell his endo to do an MRI? And the adenoma turned out to be a very large cyst. What shall I do? I told his endo I feel he has severe adrenal fatigue. He says there's no such thing. What can you suggest? He is miserable, short-tempered, everything upsets him. He's high anxiety after all this after the surgery through his nose.

I suggest you see a different endocrinologist; and if he has not had an MRI since surgery then that would be appropriate.
In terms of "adrenal fatigue," he could have adrenal insufficiency that may or may not be due to surgery/pituitary condition. Is his testosterone normal? I'd presume that he has regular follow up MRI after this type of surgery. I read them every day. I'd say reach out to endocrinologist....this is what they do.
All the best.
To me, it seems more likely due to his medications and hormonal imbalance. Talk to the Endocrinologist to reassess medications and hormones. It might be prudent to do an MRI of the brain to asses the headaches. Tell your husband adrenal fatigue is real.
