I am going through mental traumas?

Because of my few past memories, I'm having serious health issues in my life. I have tried everything else to get over it. I'm having heart pain, head pain, body attacks, body shivering, I cry most of the time, mental disorder, I couldn't focus anywhere, memories keep on haunting me, and much more. The only possible way now I feel to get out of this is to forget my past. I need recommendations for tablets that can help me forget some specific moments only from my past.

Medications: I don't take any

Unfortunately the brain is unable to "forget" or "delete" traumatic memories. However, you can reprocess and desensitize traumatic memories with EMDR therapy so they do not continue to disrupt your life.
I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like there have been a lot of distressing things going on lately as a result of the memories of past events. I know you said you've tried a lot of things in hopes of reducing these symptoms, but I wonder if you have tried Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR for short? EMDR is one of the world's most researched and most effective treatments for trauma. It has also been proven to work faster than traditional talk therapies.
So a little bit about trauma. Everyone has a right and left side of our brain. One is all rational thought and one is all emotion. Those sides do not like to talk with each or work together. The only time they do is during the stage of REM sleep where the brain is processing everything from short term memory into long term memory and enhancing the neural pathways that have been created throughout our lives. What happens with trauma is that it actually stops the neural pathway it is in from continuing to grow and adapt. This is why when we are reminded of the trauma, whether from a sound, smell, or sight, our brain instantly takes us back to that traumatic incident and tells us that we are in danger, causing traumatic reactions such as our hearts racing, difficulty breathing, shaking, cold or hot flashes, dizziness or nausea, and more.
The way EMDR can help is by opening up that neural pathway in session and allowing it to heal so that it can begin adapting and growing once again, decreasing the frequency and intensity of the distress we currently feel.

No, you cannot forget your past/memories with any drug/medicine. It's impossible. However, I can suggest you a few methods, through which you can suppress your past memories.
How do forget painful memories?
1. Identify your triggers. Memories are cue-dependent, which means they require a trigger.
2. Talk to a therapist. I suggest you talk to your primary care doctor first and have them refer you for further evaluation.
f you have any of these symptoms, you should seek further evaluation:
Extreme anxiety or panic attacks
Confusion
Irritation
Feelings of being disconnected from your surroundings.
I would recommend you find a therapist who is a trauma specialist. Engaging in a course of EMDR is typically most effective for eliminating or reducing the negative emotion felt when remembering past events. Major gains can be accomplished in as little as 3 months. And you won’t be stuck taking pills forever since none can do what you are asking for anyway.
There’s a saying from Robert Frost, “the best way out is through.” No tablet will do it - no way to excise individual memories. As a trauma specialist, I know about this. Please find a trauma specialist and talk to them. Make sure you feel trusting with them, and that they are well-trained in that specialty. You may cry and yell a lot of forawhile, but then you will feel better. Did you know that approximately 1/3 of girls are victims of trauma? Lots of young women, lots of ‘sisters. Good luck - ask around - teachers, guidance counselors, ministers, doctors, nurses, friends - someone may know a good place to start. Online options are also possible.
Seek psychotherapy and competent psychiatric treatment.

Please reach out to a counselor at school or a psychologist.
