I am having problems with breathing?

I cannot take full breaths what might the problem be?

Male | 60 years old
Complaint duration: 3 weeks
Medications: None
Conditions: None . Well obese

If it’s obesity then it might be too much weight, the muscles responsible for breathing is your diaphragm and intercostal muscles the muscles in between the ribs if they’re not strong enough to lift that excess weight then you can’t take a full breath because it’s compressing too much causing way too much effort.
