“Every time I get my period, on the second day I feel like I am going to pass out. Why does this happen?”
I am a 24 year old woman and every time I get my periods especially on the second day of my periods I get a feeling that I will pass out. I feel very giddy and dizzy and there are times when I have even felt like I will faint. Why does this happen?

There could be several reasons why you have these symptoms on the second day of your period. Best to see your gynecologist and talk to them. They will also perform an exam and perhaps an ultrasound. In the meanwhile, hydrating well with water couldn't hurt.
You may be very sensitive to the hormonal changes of that time in your cycle, but you need to ensure you are not anemic. See a gynecologist for an evaluation.
This could happen as a temporary anemia is created and likewise, decreases oxygen capacity to your body. Discuss with your doctor to see if any further workup is necessary.
