I have a foreign body in my eye and a burning eyebrow?

My right eyebrow burns when I put eye drops in the eye of the same side. I've had something in it since yesterday when I was cleaning the yard and preparing for snow. One of the branches of the bush I was removing poked my eye and since I've had something in it. I can see a tiny brown thing in the corner of my eye just under my eyeball but only if I move my head a certain way. I've tried everything I can think of to get it to budge but it won't come out. It's where the discomfort is coming from. It's been dry and a little bit swollen, so I can't produce any tears in that eye. I've been blinking more, holding a clean wet cloth to my eye, and putting eye drops in an attempt to compensate for the lack of tears.

The problem is it won't come out despite everything I've tried and putting eye drops in burns my eye like hellfire and it's making the eyebrow of the same sideburn, which is something that has never happened before. How do I get it out without having to go into a medical center, and why are the eyedrops making my eyebrow burn if they haven't even touched my eyebrow?

A complete ophthalmologic examination should be performed to determine if you have a foreign body in your eye.
It could most likely be an embedded foreign body that needs to be removed
Despite the inconvenience, you should go to the emergency room or your eye doctor to be examined. It sounds as if you have a foreign body in your eye. This could lead to a corneal abrasion, ulcer or worse. This is an urgent situation and requires specialized care. Please do not delay until you develop an infection.
You need to go see an eye doctor that removes foreign bodies. If it did not come out with thorough rinsing then you likely won't be able to remove it yourself and will only make it worse by trying. You shouldn't need vision insurance, it's a medical issue so they can take medical insurance. I have no explanation for your eyebrow burning, it could possibly be referred pain.
If you have a foreign body in the eye, especially from vegetation, I would strongly encourage you to see an eye care professional such as an ophthalmologist. Without proper treatment, your foreign body can cause an infection and potentially cause permanent vision problems.
