“I have a hard lump above my clitoris?”
I felt a hard lump directly above my clitoris yesterday. It’s not discolored, painful, or itchy but it has grown larger from yesterday to today.

It may be simply an irritation or infection. Testosterone injections can cause enlargement of the clitoris. I would suggest letting your physician look at it.
