“I have a hard lump on my left side next to my scrotum?”
I have a hard lump right next to my scrotum area, on the left side. I just realized it was there two days ago and it's gotten harder since then and now it's starting to hurt me. Also, I must tell you that I had something similar quoit a while back maybe like 6 years ago. It was similar but on my actual scrotum. I had surgery to remove it and was very painful. I cannot remember what it was, this was not so big, What should I do? I think maybe it was a calcium build-up, but not sure.

It looks like you shave your groin. You most likely have an ingrown hair follicle. Unfortunately, you probably are going to need antibiotics and drainage, especially since you are a diabetic.
