“I have a migraine and pain behind my eye?”
I'm having pain behind left eye but today 3 times.

Take some analgesic medication (Motrin, Tylenol). If the pain does not go away, call your PCP or Neurologist to further evaluate and possibly do imaging studies to make sure nothing else is developing.

Eye pain by itself is not typical of migraine. It could be a serious problem with loss of vision. You need to see an eye doctor as soon as possible, or go to an urgent care or emergency room as soon as possible.
