If you haven't already, please see your health care provider to assess and determine the source of your low back pain. If you're experiencing a sharp pain in your lower back, especially while sitting, there are a few steps you can take. First, try adjusting your sitting posture and ensure that your chair provides adequate support. Consider incorporating regular breaks and gentle stretching exercises into your routine. Applying a cold or hot compress to the affected area may also help alleviate the pain.

In general, pain that happens when you are sitting or still for long periods of time is often due to muscle weakness. See a physician or physical therapist for advice.
Get this checked out. You could go and see a physciatrist have an assessment always pay attention to your body signals. It’s not normal do have it checked
See a doctor first and get evaluated.
Get up every 30 minutes and walk and stretch. Get on a good strengthening exercise program!
The best course of action is to begin core strengthening to stabilize the spine. If no relief, you can follow up with a spine specialist to obtain imaging of your back to see if the source of your pain can be identified.

Cannot say for sure, but often people sit on their sacrum (slouch) instead of sitting straight. Try placing a brick or similar object under one foot, and/or pressing your back against the chair back. The chair can also make a difference, but most often it is poor sitting posture.

Good luck.
