My eye got a stye on it the other day but now my eye is no longer as swollen but it now looks like I have a black eye. There is like blood in the corner of my eye now what do I do? Will it go away on its own?

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Chalazion requires antibiotic Tx and later surgery if it doesn’t resolve completely.
Unfortunately, the picture that you supplied is not helpful in giving you an answer.
Picture barely shows anything. See an ophthalmologist.
I can't see your eye in the photo, but you should get seen by an optometrist. You need to be dilated and examined and have them check your blood pressure.
