“I have loss of sensation in penile and testes?”
I had fibrosis in my penile for 8 years and ED but the erection was satisfied and sensation in the penile was normal with a weak morning erection. On 27 January 2021, I was masturbating hardly and suddenly the penile make an hourglass shape in semi-erect and my penile have a dark area in the shaft. The erection doesn't affect or sensation till I was checking with fingers and I suddenly lost sensation in penile and testes, I went to a urologist he described a p shot PRP plasma injection in the penile. I took 3 shots after that I was shocked that the all sensation in the penile and testes went away and the erection was too. Every day some erection happens but is weak because there is no sensation and no sign of nerves. This issue is from June 2021 till now. If I have nerves damaged in the penile can it regenerate and work again even I have fibrosis or Peyronie? Will I get back normal? Does masturbating and PRP injection cause damage to nerves? What can I do?

You need to see your local urologist. Your situation is chronic and complex.
This typically happens to bike riders from prolonged sitting on the bike seat. I think you need a pelvic MRI to fully evaluate. The hour glass look of the penis is due to the fibrosis. I suggest a vacuum device and straighter to help with this. If that doesn’t help, a duplex Penile Doppler may be of help. The erection is totally separate from the sensation.
