“I have lower abdominal pain?”
I am having excruciating pain on my lower abdomen specifically on my waist line and areas around my uterus. I had bit of discharge in the first few days so I thought it was period pain. However, the discharge stopped and I am still feeling the pain. I also feel pain on my thighs knees and the joint that connects my waist and thighs. Is this something i should be worried about?

This sounds like a pelvic problem, not a GI problem, so you should see your Gyn doctor for these symptoms.
