“I have ringing in my ear?”
My left ear has been constantly ringing for over 2 weeks. It's only that one ear and when I swallow I hear a pop-like sound from that ear at times.

This sounds most like eustachian tube dysfunction. Since it has persisted for 2 weeks at this point, I recommend you see an ENT doctor for an examination - ear/nose/throat which may include a scope placed through the nose to examine the eustachian tube orifice as well as audiometric (hearing) testing.
There are a great many possible causes. You need to see an ear specialist.

Go see an Ear, Nose, and Throat/audiologist as soon as possible. ENT first if can't see both at same time.
