I have small hard bumps under my skin?

My toddler pinched me very hard on my breast. Shortly after the pinch, I noticed a very small hard ball where the pinch was under the skin. My doctor suggested a hematoma. When it didn't go away a month later a different doctor told me it is a form of scar tissue. I'd like to know if I can ever expect it to resolve. It has now been almost 6 months since the initial injury. I know it was from the pinch as I do regular breast screening and this was obviously a result of the mechanical pressure. Is there anything I can do to help it resolve? Does this sound like fat necrosis or scar tissue?

Don’t think it’s a hematoma. Scar tissue usually never feels like a mass. Only way to know is to get a breast ultrasound and see what’s going on.
Take care!!
It's really impossible to know without an examination. I’d recommend going back to the doctor that has been monitoring it to have your questions answered. If it is scar tissue and it bothers you, you could consider seeing a plastic surgeon for a scar revision.
