I have the symptoms of COPD apart from the cough-is it COPD?

I don't have a cough - is it COPD? I smoked for 25 years till 1990. I have all the other symptoms-fatigue, breathlessness, barrel chest, and wheezing.

Not enough info to draw conclusions. But if you smoked as much as a pack per day, it is very probable that you have damage to your lungs. You should consult a pulmonologist.
I would suggest contacting a pulmonologist as they would be the doctor to handle COPD.

Hello,

It does seem that it could be COPD. I recommend an evaluation by a pulmonologist or Lung Specialist.
Thank you.
