I'm having tibia pain?

I have no symptoms. It hurts when I touch and press into one point of my middle left tibia bone. I don't feel the pain even in high intensity workouts, I train a lot and should I be concerned and get an x-ray?

Hello,

If you are point tender directly on bone, then this would indicate possible stress fracture or earlier stage stress reaction. On inside over wider area could be something called periostitis or shin splints. If you are very active, then I would get a radiograph to look for stress fracture. Treatment early is rest, and late may need surgery.
Good luck.
Sorry for the delay in answering. This is likely due to training and physical activity. An x-ray is not a bad idea if you’ve had symptoms for quite some time. As you are under 18 please make sure your parents are aware of your symptoms. It is likely a sensitivity of the muscle origin and periosteum. The periosteum is a covering on the bone.
You should be evaluated.
