How long does it take to recover from knee ligament surgery?

Depends on the knee ligament that had surgery on average 6-9 months.

Pain in left foot after waking?

It is possible you have a stress fracture of the base of the fifth metatarsal.

I would delay surgery and treat the shoulder with benzoyl peroxide.

Preventing osteoporosis?

Yes but the most important piece of that is weight-bearing exercise.

Foot pain?

You may have a stress fracture I recommend seeing someone for an evaluation.

Will walking on a sprained knee make it worse?

It depends on how badly it is sprained and in what way. I believe a brace will help you heal and support you while walking.

When you have symptoms of pain and tendon issues. Mostly this condition can be treated with orthotics.

If you are concerned, having him get an X-ray wouldn’t be a bad idea, mostly though he is probably bruised.

I have knee pain?

An MRI would be helpful, but ultimately, an arthroscopy would be best to treat and diagnose the problem.
