“I'm not sure what I have?”
I'm 14 and I was depressed at one time during quarantine since I was having a hard time but I'm better now. But during that time I wouldn't get out of bed or anything so I didn't shower for a week once I held my pee and now it hurts my private area it has been a month with this and I am a virgin and female and like I have irritation does that mean I have a UTI or something? Also, I have random headaches that sometimes don't go away and I have gray hair a little at this young age is this bad or is there anything to fix both problems?

This may not be gyn related. Kindly proceed to see your primary care provider to address this asap.
Maybe a UTI? Try drinking lots of water to hydrate yourself, this will help with headaches and UTI. You may need antibiotics? Please get your parents/guardian to take you to a doctor.
