I'm smelling smoke constantly?

I have been smelling a smoke smell on and off all day for the past almost 3 months. No matter my location I smell it. I had covid about a month ago, and during that time the smoke smell went away. Sometimes a headache accompanies the smell, sometimes it doesn't. Also, my vision in my right eye intermittently is blurry but not bad. Prior to getting covid, I had my anti-bodies tested because I thought I maybe had asymptomatic covid and I had zero antibodies.

This is probably Covid related I don’t have any good solutions except to smell essential oils.
Your question should have been sent to an ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) specialist, not an Ophthalmologist (Eye) specialist.
Hello, and thank you for your question. It sounds like you are experiencing a neurological phenomenon, and less likely an ophthalmologic one. I would recommend you talk to your primary care doctor and/or a neurologist to try and figure out the cause of your symptoms. If they also recommend a visit to an eye doctor, then I would do that also, but only after seeing one or both other of the other physicians. Hope this helps. Take care and hope you figure out the problem soon.
A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
I recommend consulting an ENT physician about the smoke smell. Regarding intermittent mildly blurry vision in one eye, this may be dry eye, so I recommend trying artificial tear lubricating eye drops 3-4x per day. You should see an ophthalmologist or optometrist if the blurring persists. Hope this helps.
