Two weeks ago my penis was good. I made the mistake of masturbating using anti-dandruff shampoo as lube. Everything felt fine at first, but I woke up the next morning, and my penis, testicles, and scrotum were burning and aching. They were also red, flaking skin, and had open sores. Most of the pain slowly went away after two days, but it took two weeks for my scrotum to stop hurting.
I can't masturbate or have sex anymore. It just causes severe burning pain, and open sores right below the tip of the penis, and the side of the penis. I miss being sexually active. How do I fix this?

Your skin injury is likely not permanent. See your local dermatologist and meantime use a little daily over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream. No playing with it till you see a doctor please.
