“I need help deciphering reality?”
I am experiencing "mindpops" of gods images (hindu gods) these images create anxiety, like "what if it's from god " so I want to prove it's from the brain only not from god. This anxiety is giving me depression. Please help.

How very distressing! I would recommend that you begin with a good neurological/psychological evaluation to determine if these images are a result of a physical or psychological disorder.
You need a psychiatric evaluation as soon as possible.
