“I think I am in labor?”
I have been feeling a tightening in my abdomen and lower back pain for the past 12 hours. I have started to time these pains and they have gotten to about 10 minutes apart and each is lasting 40 seconds. The only medication that I took was for my morning sickness, and other than that, nothing.

Depends on how far in your pregnancy you are. If you are having regular contractions, tightening of abdomen, you should contact your doctor or go to labor room.
Sounds like you need to call your Provider! Go in and get checked out!
