Involuntary head shaking

I noticed my partner, age 66, male, sometimes his head shaking/nodding slightly while just sitting still. I’m concerned as he had a brain tumor removed 20 years ago and lot all nerve sensation pm r-facial side, including hearing. Possible conditions?
Last physical was very good. Overweight and sleep apnea only factors

Does benign familial tremor in the family? It can also be a change in his brain (shrinkage) due to normal aging after the surgery, B vitamin deficiency or other nutritional deficiency, excessive alcohol intake.
Head titubation can be seen in the Senior population and may be early Signs of of aging with some cognitive impairment. It can also be sign of Parkinsonism. It's hard to link to the past history of brain tumor without knowing specifically type of tumor and treatments along with surgical removal. It would be prudent to see a Neurologist for a detailed history and examination to better determine the extent of the issue.
Good luck.
