I am a 30 year old female. I want to know if corrective jaw surgery is worth it?

Only if you can't chew.
Yes, it is. Put aside the cosmetic aspect of it, the corrective jaw surgery gives you a proper function of your bite to prevent many future problems such as temporomandibular diseases, i.e, jaw join dysfunction and disease.
