There is little research that shows the effectiveness of homeopathic treatments. I would try something that has proven results. Treatment should only be considered after a detailed history and examination are completed. I would go to a chiropractor for an examination and treatment recommendations.
There are many homeopathic remedies for treating pain. The best course of action would be to find a doctor who specializes in homeopathy who could help you find the best remedy for you particular type of pain.
Flexibility is the capacity of a joint/series of joints to move through an unrestricted & pain-free range of motion. The range of motion will be influenced by the movement of the soft tissues that are surrounding the joint: muscles, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules, etc. Joints require movements through the full range of motion to maintain the health of the cartilage/other structures in the joint as well as the need for increased blood flow & nutrient-supply to the area. Muscles that are inflexible tire very quickly, which will cause the opposing muscle groups to work much harder...causing muscle fatigue, which can lead to injuries & the inability of the tired surrounding muscles to protect the joint. Decreased flexibility can lead to abnormal stress on the structures & tissues. The first step is to create a Flexibility Range of Motion program to follow through with regularly, which will also reduce stress levels.
Homeopathy is a good option for muscular pain. I would recommend Chiropractic as well as homeopathy to allow your nerves to properly control your muscles. The first step in my opinion is to seek out a chiropractor who utilizes homeopathy in their practice.
Homeopathy is good to treat ailments such as flu, colds and maybe some herbal pain relief but in reality chiropractic care is the best and supplement chiropractic care with massage therapy. In other words Chiropractic will realign the spine and massage therapy will relax the muscles and provide you with specific exercises to strengthen the muscles and prevent any future discomfort.
Hi,
I think the first step you should take is talk to a licensed doctor about your aches and pain to make sure there is no underlying disease or issue associated with your complains now. You can see your primary care physician first or go have a consultation with your chiropractor.
If you are interested in homeopathy after you ruled out any bigger issues, you can talk to a homeopath specifically and they will give you specifics about how it works and why or why not it could be an appropriate option for you.
Muscular pains and aches not associated with any underlying physiological issues are treated extremely well by chiropractors. They can also give you some home care advise and home exercises to do to help keep you stable and in optimal health. Some chiropractors specialized in functional medicine and nutrition can also help you with some natural supplements and nutrition tips to avoid accumulation of inflammation in your body, which is often the cause of muscular aches and pain not due to injuries or illnesses. So, you
can find yourself a specialized chiropractor also.
Hope this helps,

For some people, it works great. I would consult with a trained homeopath for more information, and I would see a Doctor of Chiropractic who does nutrition as it may be a better alternative.
That depends on what is causing the pain. If there is a mechanical imbalance (short leg, low foot arches, misaligned joints, etc.) causing the problem, then that problem must be tackled first. If no cause can be found, there may be some relief with homeopathic remedies, just make sure you find an experienced practitioner.
