“Is it cancerous?”
I have a lump on the left side of my neck for the last 2 days. 2 days ago I feel like having a fever and It feels like I have something stuck on my throat then it's gone after I drank ginger water with honey and kalamansi the next day. It's all fine now and I have this lump in my neck. Is this dangerous? Is it cancerous? The lump is not pretty big. If there's a treatment how do I get rid of this?

It’s probably a lymph node and will go down generally within the month.
