I am a 28 year old male. I want to know if it is normal for adults to have braces?

Yes. Many adults are getting braces to enjoy the the benefits of a beautiful and healthy smile.
Absolutely! We treat children and adults with braces all the time
It is completely normal. Though most adults choose to be treated with clear aligners we still have plenty of adult patient that are in braces for a variety of reasons. some don't want the responsibility of remembering to keep aligners in while others have problems that are better treated with braces.

I would say that more than half of our patients are adults.

Most of the patients in my practice that are in treatment with Invisalign are adults that have had their teeth relapse later in life (their teeth are shifting again) and they don’t want conventional braces as an adult.
