“Is it ok to brush teeth with baking soda with braces?”
I am a 20 year old female. I want to know if it is ok to brush teeth with baking soda with braces?

You should avoid brushing your teeth with baking soda whether you have braces or not. If you want to use baking soda, Arm & Hammer makes toothpastes with baking soda in them.
Dear Reader,
It's great to brush your teeth with baking soda while wearing braces. Baking soda has little abrasives and, because it's chemically a base, will neutralize the acids in your mouth. Good choice.
Hope this helps,

I personally like baking soda because it is the opposite of acidic, it is basic and your mouth hates anything acidic…everything bad happens in an acidic environment. I personally use Common Sense tooth powder, which has baking soda as its bulk. You can also use Arm and Hammer baking soda toothpaste.

Baking soda will not interfere with your braces. Be sure your toothpaste is accepted by the American Dental Association.
Baking soda can be pretty abrasive, so be careful, don’t irritate your gums with it. Should probably not overuse it. Once a day max probably, best at night before bed. A sonicare brush is your best option.
