“Is it safe to not use a condom?”
I have been taking Depo-Provera since December 2020 and have been having unprotected sexual intercourse without any problems. I recently have started taking HCG Diet shots, and I want to know if it is safe to continue to have unprotected intercourse since HCG is known to increase fertility.

HCG does not increase fertility when used in the manner in which you are using it, it only increases fertility when used in very specific doses in very specific protocols under the supervision of a physician. Condoms protect against more than pregnancy, if you feel that you are in a safe, monogamous relationship with no likely exposure to sexually transmitted infections, and you are careful about getting your depo shot on time every time, then from a pregnancy standpoint you could likely forego condom use.
