Hi, it is never too late! I changed my reverse vertical curve by changing my posture. Make changes in your daily life, raise your computer, put in blocks. That's one thing I did especially if your at a computer all day. Raise your arms if texting. Put your arms in pillows in your lap if reading. Sit up straight. Do yoga! Get adjusted! Keep head up and back a little, ears above shoulders or at least close to that. Talk to your chiropractor I'm sure they will have ideas for you! Good luck! You will feel better too and prevent back problems!
It is not too late, however the sooner you see a chiropractor the better. The sooner you have intervention, the higher success you should see.
It is never too late! Chiropractic along with exercises can help to establish better habits for posture. It is dependent upon your lifestyle and the way that your body has adapted to that lifestyle.
There are a lot of factors that will determine if it is possible to improve your posture. ex: previous trauma(s), your willingness to actively participate in your care, current lifestyle... Many of these facts would be answered with our initial exam, history .

Forward head posture and rounded shoulders are common posture problems and
they can be improved with exercises and being intentional in your everyday
work habits..
Chiropractic care is also helpful as it releases joints that are stuck and
enables you to move better and make easier posture corrections.

No, this is a very common question. People actually develop good and bad habits as they age relating to posture. Call to schedule an evaluation and I can also show you some good posture techniques. 704-303-9040
Have you been diagnosed with a genetic condition such as scoliosis , osteoporosis or any other chronic degenerative condition? If the answer is no. Then you still should be able to fix your posture. Have you ever received Chiropractic Care?
